Kingdom Way Sports Group LLC operates sports, martial arts, youth development, fellowship, and related programs. QueenCity TKD is one of the programs currently using this website for registration and online payment.

Many Kingdom Way Sports Group programs serve children and minors. Registration information for a child should be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that information was submitted by a child without appropriate parent or guardian involvement, we may delete it or request confirmation from the parent or guardian.
Payments and Stripe
Online payments are processed by Stripe through hosted checkout. When you provide information in connection with a payment, Stripe receives and processes that information according to Stripe's own privacy practices. Stripe may collect payment method details, billing information, device data, fraud-prevention information, and transaction records.
Kingdom Way Sports Group receives payment status, transaction, receipt, billing, and customer information needed to confirm registration and maintain business records. We do not store full credit card numbers on this website.

Payment Security
Card entry happens through Stripe's secure hosted checkout. Stripe is responsible for handling card data in accordance with payment card industry security requirements. Kingdom Way Sports Group does not receive or store full card numbers, card security codes, or complete bank account numbers through this website.
Program Fulfillment, Refunds, and Cancellations
QueenCity TKD and related Kingdom Way Sports Group offerings are primarily in-person programs and services. Program details such as dates, times, location, tuition amount, and age requirements are listed on the program page before checkout. Unless a program specifically includes shipped materials, no shipping or delivery is required for registration.
If Kingdom Way Sports Group cancels a paid program before it is provided, families may request a refund or credit. If a family needs to cancel or request a refund, they should email kingdomsportsgroup@gmail.com with the participant name, program, and payment email address. Refunds may depend on program timing, attendance, materials already provided, payment processing costs, and other circumstances.
Missed classes, partial attendance, and voluntary withdrawal after a program has started may not be eligible for a full refund. When a refund is approved, it is generally returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- Program staff, coaches, administrators, and service providers who need it to run the program or support the website.
- Stripe and other payment, fraud-prevention, accounting, or business service providers.
